ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Benjamin, a professional Creative Artist. I’ve been creating art since I was four, sketching anything that caught my eye. That early love for drawing eventually led me into 3D, where I now build assets for AAA, mobile, and desktop games.
I balance creativity with technical know-how, sculpting in ZBrush, modeling in Maya, and texturing in Substance Painter, making sure everything looks great and works well in-game. I also enjoy collaborating with designers, riggers, and animators to bring characters, props, and environments to life.
What drives me is creating something meaningful and contributing to the betterment of any project I’m working on. At the end of the day, I’m passionate about building immersive experiences and helping push both creative and technical boundaries.
At the core, I’m passionate about creating immersive experiences. I’m always excited to contribute to projects that push creative and technical boundaries, bringing worlds to life through art.

“I love my profession”
Fri, Jan 17
There’s something special about creating worlds from nothing, taking an idea and shaping it into something people can explore, interact with, and experience. That’s what makes being a 3D artist for games so fulfilling. Every day, I get to bring concepts to life, whether it’s through modeling, sculpting, or texturing, and see them become part of something much bigger.
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about art, drawing since I was 4.5 years old and that traditional foundation has shaped how I approach 3D. There’s an incredible balance between creativity and technical skill in this field. Learning how to optimize assets for performance, match artistic direction, and collaborate with teams keeps the work exciting and ever-evolving.
Working in AAA game production has taught me that game art isn’t just about making things look good, it’s about making them work seamlessly within a game world. Every polygon, texture, and lighting setup plays a role in storytelling and immersion. Seeing players engage with something I helped create? That never gets old.
I love my profession because it challenges me, pushes me to improve, and surrounds me with other talented artists who inspire me daily. Whether it’s creating characters, environments, or props, I can’t imagine doing anything else. Game art isn’t just a job it’s a passion.

“Throwback: My 80 Level Feature on Environment Creation with Maya”
Thu, Apr 20
Back in 2016, I had the incredible opportunity to be featured on 80 Level in an article titled “Environment Creation with Maya”. It was a huge honor at the time, as 80 Level has always been a go-to resource for game artists and developers.
In the feature, I broke down my workflow for environment modeling, sharing insights into my process using Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter to create optimized, game ready assets. With a strong foundation in traditional art , I’ve always approached 3D with an artist’s eye, focusing on form, composition, and efficiency in production.
Looking back, this feature was an exciting milestone in my career, and I’m grateful to have been part of such an inspiring community. Now, as I launch my new website, I wanted to revisit and showcase this moment as part of my journey in AAA game art and 3D production.
If you’re curious about my early approach to environment design in Maya,
